History of Dolltopia

While Dolltopia may seem like the new kids on the block, collectables events are in the blood of the creator!

In the 1980’s and 1990’s Amy would attend collectable fairs with her dad, buying for their collections and selling action figures.

In the 1990’s, Amy’s parents founded the Campbelltown Doll and Toy Hospital. Each year, they would host the Campbelltown Doll Fair in conjunction with the Fisher’s Ghost Festival.

In 2019, Amy founded Collector Con, a toy, hobby and pop culture event that is now across Greater Western Sydney and has expanded to Newcastle.

Over the past couple of years, Amy noticed a lack of local events dedicated to buying vintage and modern dolls, making it difficult to find new treasures for her collection. Inspired to fill this gap, she is launching Dolltopia—a vibrant space where fellow doll collectors can buy, sell, and connect with a like-minded community.
