Early entry attendees arrive from 9.30am and the event concludes at 2.30pm.
Stall Inclusions and Costs
- Trestle table hire – set up ready for your arrival. Tables are 1.8metres (6-foot) long.
- Entry to the event for yourself and one helper.
- Advertising to inform potential buyers of the event (details below).
- Stalls can be built on the number of tables you would like. Tables are $95 each.
Advertising
The channels we advertise Dolltopia through include:
- Social media marketing via targeted channels
- Handing out leaflets at toy, hobby and pop culture events
- Web event listings via relevant channels
- Mailing list invites
Terms and Insurance
- Dolltopia is produced by Collector Con and therefore we need to follow the Collector Con Stallholder Terms and Conditions.
- Stall holders are required to have their own Public Liability Insurance.
