at the Penrith Valley Regional Sports Centre

Early entry attendees arrive from 9.30am and the event concludes at 2.30pm.

Stall Inclusions and Costs

  • Trestle table hire – set up ready for your arrival. Tables are 1.8metres (6-foot) long.
  • Entry to the event for yourself and one helper.
  • Advertising to inform potential buyers of the event (details below).
  • Stalls can be built on the number of tables you would like. Tables are $95 each.

Advertising

The channels we advertise Dolltopia through include:

  • Facebook
  • Social media marketing via targeted channels
  • Handing out leaflets at toy, hobby and pop culture events
  • Web event listings via relevant channels
  • Mailing list invites

Terms and Insurance

  • Dolltopia is produced by Collector Con and therefore we need to follow the Collector Con Stallholder Terms and Conditions.
  • Stall holders are required to have their own Public Liability Insurance. If you don’t have current insurance, you may like to check out MyMarketInsurance that has short one-day cover all the way to annual cover. AAMI is another insurer that offers market public liability insurance cover.
